I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being very close to the Mayadevi temple and the park, which was perfect for our family outings. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing, as the staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for room service due to my son feeling sick. The rooms were decent, although not ideal, and the dining options were minimal. Overall, it's a reasonable place for the price but might not be suitable for families needing extra care.
